Guide for Authors

Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted by online submission system or email to jsciachv@gmail.com.

Language

The journal’s language is English. British English or American English spelling and terminology may be used. The lack of grammatical, spelling or terminology mistakes, will greatly improve the legibility of your paper and makes it easier to achieve the desired goal.

Manuscript Presentation

Manuscript should contain titles such as: Abstract, Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results & Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement and finally References. Manuscripts should be typewritten with a font Times New Roman of 10 pt., leaving adequate margins on all sides to allow reviewers’ remarks. Please double space all material. Place all tables and figures within text. Number the pages consecutively with the first page containing:

Abstract

The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 350 words.

Key words

Please provide 3 to 7 key words.

Introduction

This section should be succinct, with no subheadings.

Materials and Methods

This part should contain sufficient detail so that all procedures can be repeated. It can be divided into subsections if several methods are described.

Results and Discussion

This section may each be divided by subheadings or may be combined.

Conclusions

This should clearly explain the main conclusions of the work highlighting its importance and relevance.

Acknowledgments

All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the paper before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.

References

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information in each reference is complete and accurate. All references must be numbered consecutively and citations of references in text should be identified using numbers in parentheses (e.g., “It was explained by King (5)”; “as discussed elsewhere (7,8)”). All references should be cited within the text. The list of references should be given in the following style (vancouver style):

Preparation of Figures

All photographs, graphs and diagrams should be referred to as a ‘Figure’ and they should be numbered consecutively (1, 2, etc.). Multipart figures ought to be labeled with lower case letters (a, b, etc.). Please insert keys and scale bars directly in the figures. Figures and tables should not be submitted in separate files.

Preparation of Tables

Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used.

Review Process

The objective is to provide detailed, constructive feedback on submitted papers and publish high quality papers within a very short period of time.

Copyright

Authors will be asked, upon acceptance of an article, to transfer copyright of the article to the Publisher. This will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information under copyright laws.

Authors are requested to download the Copyright form. Authors Must upload completed and signed copyright form in submitting process or send it by E-mail.  Authors can download copyright form from here: JSA-Copyright_Assignment_form.

Additional Information

Editors of the Journal reserve the right to accept, reject and edit any article in any stage, if necessary. The sole responsibility for the whole contents if the article remains only with the authors.
